December Technology News
Forgive me if you've already seen this - I sent it out on 22nd Dec and didn't get the usual response so thought I'd send it again.
Another year gone - my 23rd making a living selling technology and software to agents.
We've had a really busy year. Turnover is up 30% and I think the reason is that the mid-sized firms that are our life-blood have decided to spend to accumulate - either because they've had a decent year or because they've realised that their postponed plans for technology, websites and social media need to happen regardless in order to stay competitive.
We've taken on 6 more staff - 24 in total.
Our agents have delivered nearly 3000 valuation referrals to each other since 1st September and we've got lots that we've not been able to place - see the story below.
2012 will be very interesting and I look forward to keeping you informed about the best new products and services plus some thinly veiled Expert Agent adverts.
Have a great Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Regards
Mike Griffiths

Every Ideal Home show since the 1960s has featured a "House of the Future" but we don't seem much closer

Our 1200 member branches refer Potential Vendors to each other!
They're referring hundreds per day.
We've currently got 2500 referrals that we've not been able to place - that's the names, addresses and in most cases emails and phone numbers for people that have confirmed within the last 4 weeks that they intend to market their present property in order to buy another.
